The Read-Aloud Scorecard

Record yourself reading this passage on Day 1 and Day 30. Score both recordings against the checklist — the gap is your progress, in your own voice.

“Good morning — this is Bharat from Bhushan Realty. Thank you for waiting. I checked the documents on Wednesday, and the vegetable market plot is finally clear. The mortgage papers were signed, the lease was registered, and the buyers wanted possession by the thirteenth. Would you prefer the corner unit or the third floor? Either way, we should complete the measurements, verify the boundary, and release the first payment — it’s such a comfortable decision now.”

Score one point for each (15 total):

The Training Is Complete

Fourteen chapters · three parts

The training is complete

Fourteen chapters. Three parts. One method: the sound in Devanagari, the position in the mirror, the proof in your own recordings.

What you now hold
Part 1The Sound System

the broken code, the vowel pairs, the schwa, the danger consonants, the ridge, and the silent families.

Part 2Beyond Single Sounds

the -ed/-s machines, word stress, the heartbeat rhythm, the tunes, and the welding rules of connected speech.

Part 3Application

the 200-word reference, the call-floor toolkit, and the 30-day routine.

Pronunciation is a muscle skill. This book gave you the maps; your mouth builds the roads — five focused minutes in the mirror will always beat an hour of silent reading. Record yourself monthly. The voice on that recording is your certificate.
